Patient Testimonials

  • I was having a problem with incontinence and having to empty my bladder too frequently. This condition caused me concern when I left the house for very long. It also prevented me from sleepy through the night. After participating in the program with Madhu, I feel like my life is back on track again. She was terrific about explaining and guiding me through the exercises. I have a much better understanding of the importance of being consistent with the program and I’m thankful that it has been so helpful. I am extremely, grateful for Madhu’s encouragement and positive support throughout the program.

  • Thank you Rachelle for all of your wonderful help in my knee surgery! It will be weird not seeing you, but I just think you’re amazing and I want you to know you have been very patient, kind and knowledgeable. You are the best!!

  • Teri has been working with our four year old son for just over a year now, and what gains we have seen this past year! He has increased speech and communication skills, improved dexterity and fine motor skills, developed better body awareness, and increased attention to task. He wears his glasses every day, all day, which did not happen until he started therapy. Teri has a wonderful rapport with our son and he surely enjoys going to see “Ms. Teri” every week.

  • Teri Webster and PTRS have played an integral role in helping my son, Nathan, who was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder as a toddler. Occupational therapy has een a crucial part of our early intervention plan. Ms. Webster’s work has helped Nathan build muscle control and develop joint attention skills so he is able to navigate the world around him with less frustration. Thanks to her, he enjoys playing with toys, something I once despaired he would never do. We are so grateful for her help. Without her, we would not have the same happy child we have today.

  • I was seen at PT after a total knee replacement. I had been dealing with pain and limitation for about two years. I love to walk several miles a week and I was no longer able to walk to the mail box. PT is not for the faint of heart. It is extremely hard work. I dreaded every single session but left every session feeling physically and emotionally better. I have more work to do but I am back walking. I highly recommend Physical Therapists and Rehab Specialists. Hopefully I am done with PT but if I ever need it again they will be my first phone call. Thanks Ben!!

  • I was seen by PTRS due to major surgery on the right shoulder and upper arm. This are was completely replaced with a metal plastic shoulder and upper arm. I am right handed. Due to my injuries, I was forced to use my left arm and hand for almost everything. My right arm was losing muscle for lack of use. I was introduced to Ben on the very first day of therapy. He always had an answer to my questions and if I was incapable of a certain exercise he always knew something else to try. When I started I could not do simple things such as comb my hair or put my wallet in my right rear pocket. These and many other things one tends to take for granted were no longer available to me. With Ben’s help I now have what I consider 95% of all function back and a clear road to get the last few things. I am very pleased and wish to extend my sincere thanks to Ben (in fact the whole staff). I would definitely recommend PTRS to other(and I have). Thank you!

  • I limped around for 6-7 weeks unable to do simple tasks and not much walking before I could get in to see Dr. Mayne. Two days later, I had a right knee arthroscopy to remove a medial torn meniscus. Immediate pain relief after surgery. Started PT the following day and went 2-3 times a week for a month. The staff (Ajay and Ben) were fabulous in encouraging me and giving me additional exercises each visit. I am beginning to feel “normal” again and I am continuing rehab by going to a gym 3-4 times a week to increase my endurance. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

  • I would recommend PTRS to those that need therapy. The folks that work with patients are great. I can stand and walk distances that were prohibited in the past. Thank you friends.

  • I had neck and shoulder pain related to work/stress. Every time I lift or just look down my neck would go numb. It limited me from lifting quite a bit. I have been coming here for 6 years and I have had great results. I feel like I’m apart of the family when I go to my appointment. The staff makes you feel very comfortable and they don’t force you into anything. I highly recommend this place. Every time I need physical therapy, I always tell my Dr. I would like to come here.

  • I was seen due to my “bone on bone” loss of joint space in my right knee. My biggest limitations were the stairs. I can now climb stairs with only a little bit of difficulty. Rachelle was very knowledgeable and supportive. She always gave me constructive feedback. I would recommend their services to anyone! Thank you again Rachelle for all of your help! You did an excellent job!!

  • I was seen after two surgeries by Dr. Mayne, a repaired meniscus and a removal of a li poma in my quad muscle. My left was quite weak and limited my movement in all ways. The strength is returning thanks to my therapist exercises and my extended walking. Everyone here was compassionate, knowledgeable, and most thorough during my treatments, especially Beth. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.
