Sports Performance

We help athletes of all ages get back in the game.

No matter what your sport, our team works with you and your doctor to create a personalized plan to treat injuries, return to sports, avoid injuries and enhance your sports performance. Our program is built out of a firm belief that there is a better way to train athletes, a better way to rehabilitate and a better way to maintain peak athletic performance.

Our Sports Performance program is set up to meet the goals of each individual athlete. This proven program teaches proper mechanics, which prevents injury and enhances performance. The program is designed to increase:

  • Speed and endurance
  • Agility and balance
  • Power and strength
  • Proper movement patterns

The program takes six to eight weeks to complete, depending upon the goals of the athlete. The athlete should then plan to schedule two to three sessions per week for maximum results. At the end of the program, the athlete will receive a follow-up evaluation so the therapist can measure his/her improvements.

Special Programs for Post-Surgery and Post-Injury

We utilize our programs to provide athletes the opportunity to execute sport movements in a more aggressive and intense fashion from Physical Therapy while still maintaining a non-contact, monitored environment not available on the field of play or practice. By utilizing our program, athletes can learn the new limits of their athletic performance in a non-competitive fashion and have a better understanding of how their body will react once they return to their sport fully.

Age requirements

Participants must be 7 years old to begin our program. The timing of training is crucial and is developed by the athlete and therapist. The program is designed for the athlete to be at a peak performance level leading into the start of their season, therefore should begin the performance program 10 to 12 weeks prior.

Sport-Specific Programs

Our programs are designed to solidify fundamental movements essential for each individual sport. Therapist condition the athlete for the season and leave the coaching to the coaches.
